GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Our strength training classes are carefully designed to strengthen your entire body using primarily free weights as resistance, with variations shown to ensure everyone is challenged appropriate to their ability. All levels are welcome, and all equipment is provided. Experience this total body workout and realize a stronger, fitter you! $25 drop-in fee.
