ABOUT US

Lisa Vande Voorde is the creator of Menlo Park Fitness LIVE and is an A.C.E. Certified Group Fitness instructor with over 20 years experience teaching a variety of fitness classes, primarily at the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center as part of the City of Menlo Park Recreation Program.  In 2020, she pivoted to teaching virtual fitness classes on-line to keep her students and the community physically fit and mentally healthy during those challenging and isolating years.  Post-pandemic, she returned to teaching in-person classes, retaining her on-line presence to accommodate those who prefer the ease and flexibility of staying fit at home on their own schedule. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys running, skiing, hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, pickleball and horseback riding – because with fitness, ANYTHING is possible! 

 

And her goal is to make ANYTHING possible for YOU.

At Menlo Park Fitness Live, we understand that life can get busy and finding time for fitness can be a challenge. That's why we offer you the flexibility to work out whenever and wherever you want. With our online fitness classes, available on Facebook or on YouTube, you can easily fit in a workout session during your lunch break or before bedtime. Our platform is easy to use and accessible on multiple devices, so you can work out on the go!
